JLB Live @ Parksville Beach Festival
Known to locals as Beachfest, this 5 ½ week long family-oriented festival runs from mid July to the third week in August and includes: the Quality Foods Sand Sculpting Competition & Exhibition, weekend concerts, daily buskers, and of course live music!

Locals and visitors alike look forward to the ever popular FREE Tim Hortons Summer Concert Series Friday and Saturday evenings from 6:30pm-8:30pm at the Parksville Outdoor Theatre in the Community Park.

The Jason Lane Acoustic Duo delivers the best of upbeat, dance-able rock and blues music from the 70s to 90s. Fronted by powerhouse singer Chantal Sayers, the duo pays homage to the songs that influenced them and the powerful female singers of that time. Sing along with tributes to Alannah Myles, Aretha Franklin, Sass Jordan, Tracy Chapman and Lady Gaga just to mention a few.
Although the duo leans heavily on covering these classic tunes, they have also released three EPs containing their own original rock-blues sound. The JLB sound has received rave reviews and you will find a few of these in duos set.
